EXCHANGE POLICY

The prices quoted in exchange basis are taken in consideration that the core returned by our customer is in good repair condition. We do reserve to ourselves the option to reject any damaged core unit. In case such a damage is found while the unit is being overhauled, the exchange price will not be applied, and the customer who purchased the unit will be responsible to pay for the repair of it. If this unit is not repairable, the customer will be responsible for the payment of this unit in OH outright condition, or whatever balance is left over.

Parts and components are priced under the following condition :

New	Overhauled Outright	Servicable / Repaired
New - Exchange	Overhauled - Exchange	As Removed

AOG ORDER

The model and serial number of the airplane are required to place any AOG (Airplane On the Ground) order. Avjet has the facility to ship AOG orders to the destinated country as fast as we receive the unit in our warehouse. Shipping and handling will be charged according to the urgency you have in receiving the part.

AIRCRAFT SALE

Our company also has one department in charge of purchasing and selling aircrafts located in different countries around the world. It is our responsibility to offer you the best possible deal, and prepare all of the required exportation documentation as fast as you need them. Avjet aircraft sales department has listed in its computer system the best airplanes added on the market, and an excellent staff to help you at any time. We also offer you a free space in our AIRCRAFT WEB, so you can put your own add at any time you desire.

PAYMENT POLICY

All invoices will be faxed or mailed to you as soon as the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Payment must be done COD (cash on delivery), or within net (15) fifteen to (30) thirty days, according to the customer's credit limit. To keep you updated with your balance, statements will be temporally faxed. The customer credit limit will vary according to the customer's credit reference obtained by our credit department at the time of company's first purchase with Avjet. Payment must be made to one of our banks listed bellow:
